Golden Age Gym Festival

Welcome to the 2028 Golden Age Gym Festival which will be held the Albanian capital Tirana! 

 In the heart of the Balkans, Tirana will offer participants a welcoming environment in a vibrant and accessible city, modern sports facilities and a unique cultural experience.

📍 Participation in this gymnastics for all festival is open for groups with participants in the age of 50+. 

🗓️ Provisional programme:
Sunday: Opening parade & ceremony
Monday:  City orienteering, performances by the participating groups on stages in the city, evening animation
Tuesday: Workshops, touristic excursions, performances by the participating groups on stages in the city, evening animation
Wednesday: Workshops, touristic excursions, educational forum, performances by the participating groups on stages in the city
Thursday: Workshops, performances by the participating groups on stages in the city, evening animation
Friday: Workshops, touristic excursions, closing gala

The French Gymnastics Federation invites you to join the 2026 Golden Age Gym Festival in Les Sables d'Olonne (France)!

The city at the Atlantic coast offers one of the most beautiful bays of the World. Event locations in the small city with appr. 45'500 inhabitants are situated close together, so that participants easily can get around.

Join us in the Bulgarian coastal town Burgas from 22 to 27 September 2024 for the Golden Age Gym Festival!

📍1’430 participants from 19  European countries in the age of 50+ will participate in workshops, performances on stages in the city, parties and other activities during one week at Bulgaria’s beautiful black sea coast.
