AGE OF THE GYMNASTS

The participation is limited to 3 gymnasts and 2 coaches per National Federation.

LECTURES FOR COACHES
Academic and practical lectures for coaches will be organised during the Training Camp. All lectures will be delivered in English.
Coaches from National Federations who do not have a gymnast participating in the Camp have the possibility to take part in the Camp.

The European Gymnastics Trampoline Technical Committee (TC TRA) and the Finnish Gymnastics Federation in collaboration with its member, Espoon Telinetaiturit (EsTT) will organise a development training camp for coaches and athletes. The event will take place from 12th to 16th of February 2025, at the Kameleonten Sports Centre.

This Training Camp is specially organised for participants from FIN and neighbouring countries, but other countries where Trampoline is being developed are of course also invited. The Camp is planned for the following disciplines: Trampoline (TRA), Double Mini Trampoline (DMT) and Tumbling (TUM).

PARTICIPANTS
Trampoline, Double Mini and Tumbling coaches and gymnasts interested in starting, further developing, and/or exchanging coaching experience in trampoline gymnastics. The workshop will be held in English language only.

The camp will be held with a minimum of 20 coaches overall (minimum 5 per discipline). All coaches should bring at least one gymnast, but the camp is limited to 40 gymnasts for TRA (6 per National Federation), 20 gymnasts for DMT (4 per NF) and 20 gymnasts for TUM (4 per NF).
Total capacity is 100 participants.

LECTURES FOR COACHES
Academic and practical lectures for coaches will be organised during the training camp. The language used will be English. Coaches can take part in those courses and lectures even if they don’t have gymnasts participating in the training camp.

The European Gymnastics Technical Committee for Acrobatic Gymnastics (TC-ACRO) has the great pleasure to invite interested coaches and athletes of all levels from the European Gymnastics Member Federations to participate in a training camp.
In parallel to the training camp, workshops for coaches will be organised.

PARTICIPANTS
Gymnasts
We expect at least 50 participants with a maximum of 100. Each team must participate with at least one coach (the total number of the coaches depends on the number of the participating gymnasts).
Coaches
Specific courses and workshops will be organised for coaches coming without any gymnasts.
Short sequences of workshops for all coaches will also take place before or after the training sessions.

VENUE
The camp will be held from 13th to 19th August 2024 at Sports and Health Complex Kranevo (BUL).
AquaLife is a centre for sports and outdoor activities and is up to the latest world standards. Since 2010, AquaLife has received over 50 000 athletes from different countries. The infrastructure offers everything you need for camps and competitions. Sports facilities have international certificates and are designed for year-round operation.
AquaLife is situated in Kranevo village in north-eastern Bulgaria, 24 km from Varna airport and 95 km from Burgas. The village is located on the Black Sea shore between the two biggest Bulgarian resorts, Golden Sands and Albena.

PROGRAMME
The coaches course/workshops will include all aspects of ACRO, including:

• Progression and development of pair and group elements;
• Training and conditioning;
• Code of points;
• Table of difficulty;
• Constructing a routine;
• Development plans;
• Specific requests indicated on the registration forms submitted;
• Everything you ever wished to know about this exciting gymnastics discipline.

Leisure activities will be proposed at special prices (to be arranged on arrival).

The European Gymnastics Technical Committee for Aerobic Gymnastics (TC-AER), in collaboration with the Italian Gymnastic Federation (LOC), invites interested coaches and athletes from the European Gymnastics member federations to participate in their 2023 AER Training Camp and Coaches Course.

INTRODUCTION
The philosophy of the camp is to provide access and enjoyment for those who would like to improve their performance under supervising coaching experts provided by the TC-AER. The experts will organise the trainings for young participating gymnasts and their coaches. They will also allow the exchange of experience and plan lectures for the coaches. The participants will learn, among other things, how to plan the trainings and the progressive construction of routines.

PARTICIPANTS
The Training Camp and Coaches Course are limited to a maximum of 2 coaches and 10 gymnasts for the Training Camp and 5 coaches for the Coaches Courses per member federation of European Gymnastics.
We expect approximately 100 participants, organised in several workgroups.

AGE OF THE ATHLETES
Only gymnasts aged 11 to 17 years can participate (born between 2007 and 2013).

PROGRAMME
The camp will include an introduction on ‘how to best prepare your gymnasts for competitions’ including:
- Periodisation Training
- Conditioning Circuit
- Various Skills, Jumps, Strength
- Safe progressive practice in training
- Theory and practice in spotting and safety
- Code of Points (introduction and explanation)
- Choreography
- Dance styles
- Ballet

The Coaches Course will include practical training sessions as well as theoretical lessons. The course is designed to assist coaches in developing their skills in preparing gymnasts for top performances. All coaches are welcome to attend the Coaches Course, regardless of whether they have registered gymnasts or not.

The European Gymnastics Trampoline Technical Committee (TC-TRA) invites Trampoline, Double Mini-Trampoline and Tumbling gymnasts and their coaches from European Gymnastics member federations to participate in its 2024 Training Camp.

INTRODUCTION
The philosophy of our training camp is to provide access and enjoyment for those who would like to improve their performance under the supervision of coaching experts invited by the European Gymnastics TC-TRA. These experts organise training sessions aimed at the improvement of both young participating gymnasts and their coaches. The experts will also facilitate exchange of experience between all participants and lectures for the coaches. Participants will learn more about training planning and progressive construction of routines.

FOR ALL THREE TRAMPOLINE GYMNASTICS DISCIPLINES
For this year’s Training Camp, we are proud to offer participation to coaches and gymnasts from all our three disciplines: Trampoline, DMT and Tumbling.

PARTICIPANTS

Gymnasts must be aged between 11 - 18 to participate (born between 2013 and 2006).

PARTICIPATING COACHES
Both young new coaches interested in further developing their skills and highly experienced coaches ready to share their knowledge are welcome to register.

Trampoline, Double Mini and Tumbling coaches, gymnasts and judges interested in starting, further developing, and/or exchanging coaching and/or judging experience in trampoline gymnastics. The workshop will be held in English language only.
European Gymnastics will provide the participants with an official certificate of participation as a proof of their work during the camp and workshop.
The camp will be held with a minimum of 20 coaches overall (minimum 5 per discipline). All coaches should bring at least one gymnast, but the camp is limited to 30 gymnasts for TRA, 15 gymnasts for DMT and 15 gymnasts for TUM. The Judges Workshop will be held with a minimum of 10 judges. Total capacity is 100 participants.
The camp and the workshop will be organised making it possible to participate in both the training camp and the judges workshop, but participants should notice that some sessions will overlap and that the participants then get to choose what they want to participate in.
