Women's Artistic Gymnastics Technical Committee member since 2014.
Christine Frauenknecht has been a national judge since 1975 and international judge since 1985, having judged at every World Championships since 2006 and 3 Olympic Games.
In the Swiss Gymnastics Federation she is the head of the WAG Judges' specialised group, after previously having been a member of this group as well as a member of the WAG Competitions’ specialised group. Between 1978 - 2014 she worked as a coach for women's artistic gymnastics in Switzerland and internationally.
