A leader in developing national TeamGym rules and judges training materials in Sweden, Emil Deckner brings more than a decade of experience as a coach, judge, and educator to the European Gymnastics Technical Committee. He holds a Category 1 judging brevet and has been instrumental in shaping the Code of Points in his country. He is also a strong advocate for cross-border collaboration and coaching exchanges with the goal of continuing to develop TeamGym on the continent.

Mr. Deckner holds an engineering degree from the Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden’s largest technical university, and works as a project manager for a large international company.
