Men's Artistic Gymnastics Technical Committee member since 2023, after having been a member of the Executive Committee from 2018 - 2022.
Andrey Fedarau was a gymnast on the national team of Belarus from 1989 - 1994 and has been an international judge since 2001, having judged at 4 Olympic Games and 12 World Championships.
He is the Executive Director of the Belarus Gymnastics Association, having been its' Secretary General from 2000 - 2016, and is the head of the national judges' commission for men's artistic gymnastics since 2008. Additionally, he was a competition manager at the 2019 European Games.
