Agnes Hartmann has been Head of Shows and Performances at the German Gymnastics Federation since 2009, a role that includes managing the German delegation at World Gymnastics’s World Gymnaestrada and World Gym for Life Challenge events. She is responsible for galas and shows at German gymnastics festivals, including the showpiece Stadium Gala, a massive production involving 3,000-6,000 participants that takes place during the German Turnfest, a major national event held every four years.
She additionally organizes and develops the German show competition “Rendezvous der Besten” and has been a driving force in organizing choreography workshops and training. From 2020 to 2023 she was also a member of the Ceremonies Advisory Committee for the Special Olympics World Games in Berlin.
