Laetitia Lenclos has been an Aerobic Gymnastics coach for three decades and an international judge since 2004. The same year she attained her World Gymnastics judging brevet, she became a member of the French Gymnastics Federation's Aerobic Technical Committee, a post she held until 2024. From 2016 to 2024 she additionally managed French judges at the national level.
